Responsibilities include:
🟠 Working with project superintendent to provide, monitor, and update a schedule that could include design, pre-construction, construction, and tenant deliveries
🟠 Providing estimates for building shells based on company standards or tenant requirements
🟠 Assisting design team and project superintendent to schedule and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy if it is a landlord’s responsibility
🟠 Maintaining a comparison of budgeted and actual costs

Requirements:
☑ 5 years of Project Management experience
☑ Ability to form, work with, and lead a team of diverse individuals in a variety of fields
☑ Excellent project management skills, including timeline development and tracking, open issue resolution, and task list management/execution
☑ Experience in adaptive re-use of commercial industrial buildings

🟠 Supporting Accounting department management in all aspects of accounting
🟠 Assisting with A/R and A/P functions for portfolio of properties
🟠 Preparing tenant reconciliations and statements
🟠 Reviewing periodic reports to keep track of outstanding amounts due to vendors

Requirements:
☑ Five years of accounting experience
☑ Associate’s degree in accounting or finance
☑ Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
☑ Strong communication skills, as the candidate will be required to interface with internal and external stakeholders (property managers, construction personnel, vendors, tenants, etc.)
